Mr cute

Mr Cute is a duo of French visual artists. Former residents of Rennes and brothers in real life, they create collaborative works that draw on the energy of pop art and the street art scene. The diagnosis of a rare disease in one of the artists marked a turning point in their lives. They decided to focus their creative work on “living life to the fullest and without regret,” with even more passion at forty than they had at twenty.

By revisiting the figures that defined an entire generation, the two artists explore what the art of each era can reveal about our relationship with the passage of time.
