Ensemble Réel

Ensemble Réel is a brotherly duo, bound by painting beyond the ties of blood.

One left-handed and the other right-handed, it was with passion, poetry, and a touch of provocation that they decided to begin painting individually before evolving into the ambidextrous artists they are today. By painting with both hands, they chose to merge their two worlds—similar in concept yet distinct in graphic style.

Both inspired by the codes of urban art, one captures the reality of a moment while the other subverts it by incorporating graphic elements that deliberately stand out from the rest of the work. This alchemy between their two worlds, which defines Ensemble Réel’s distinctive identity, offers a subtle blend of poetry and inevitability.

Their style is recognizable by the fusion and contrast between a colorful, rounded world and a more realistic style of painting.
