THOMAS KRIEF

“From Athlete to Artist”

Born in the Alps, Thomas put on skis for the first time at the age of 3. By the age of 6, his career in freestyle skiing was underway, and he began competing in his first events. Quickly spotted by his first sponsors, he became the young prodigy of French freestyle skiing. This marked the beginning of an international career that would span 20 years.

Competitions, videos, photos, commercials, and more. Thomas has been among the top skiers in his discipline, with podium finishes at the World Championships, X Games, and World Cups, among others. He has also competed in the Olympic Games twice. A creative force from the very beginning, his innovative ideas have helped him showcase the visual appeal of his sport.

Now that he has recently retired, he is starting a new chapter in his life, allowing him to devote himself to his second passion and once again give free rein to his imagination and creativity.

Inspired by pop culture and street art, he stands out thanks to his unique style and strong identity. His creations, composed of thousands of screws, captivate viewers and spark their curiosity. He doesn’t hesitate to mix techniques to give his works a unique character and plays with depth and texture to create lighting effects that bring them to life.
